A well-established property and facilities services organisation is seeking a Clerical Assistant to join their Corporate Services team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a busy office environment, supporting a range of internal departments and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day business operations.
Your new role
As a Clerical Assistant, you will provide administrative and customer support across the Corporate Services function. Responsibilities will include:
Providing front-of-house support and welcoming visitors
Managing telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining filing systems and accurate records
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
Supporting office processes and administrative procedures
Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving routine issues
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Supporting business operations across a range of corporate services activities
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration or clerical experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
A positive, professional and flexible approach to work
