About our Nursery
Join our dedicated and friendly team at Busy Bees in Biggleswade Kings Reach, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 109 children. We are passionate about nurturing children's love of learning through playful teaching, creating a fun and engaging environment. Our nursery is situated in the heart of a vibrant community, just a two-minute walk from a local supermarket and coffee shop. Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
