Salary: £16.56 - £19.16 per hour D.O.E.

Hours: 40 hour working week Monday – Friday
The role…
As the Workshop Engineer your role will involve the following important duties:
Carry out effective maintenance and repair work.
Carry out routine pre-delivery inspections of new machines.
Fit extras to machines where required - both factories approved and locally supplied.
Perform all forms of repair and servicing to machines.
Complete repair, overhaul and diagnosis of plant equipment.
Maintaining clear communication with the Workshop Supervisor.
Support and mentor engineering apprentices.
The experience required…
As a successful Workshop Engineer, you will have the following:
Full clean driving licence.
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a related industry to NVQ level 3 or above.
Demonstratable service Engineer experience particularly working on major component overhaul refurbishments.
Industry-related training such as CSCS card.
Previous experience with service software and interfaces.
Good communication skills.
