The Successful Transport Coordinator Will Have:

Previous experience within Transport, Logistics, Fleet or Transport Administration

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with drivers, customers and internal departments

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Commutable to the Carnwath area

The Role Of The Transport Coordinator Will Include:

Coordinating deliveries and collections across multiple sites

Maintaining transport, compliance and vehicle records

Liaising with project managers, drivers and customers regarding delivery schedules

Supporting fleet compliance, servicing schedules and transport documentation

Providing administrative support to the Transport Department and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
