Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join a leading residential construction company renowned for delivering high-quality homes and large-scale residential developments. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead prestigious projects from planning through to completion while managing high-performing teams and maintaining exceptional construction standards.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the business, overseeing multiple residential projects, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and delivery
Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and company standards
Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions proactively
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership
Drive programme efficiency, quality assurance, and commercial performance
Mentor and support Project Managers and site teams across the business
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetRequirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within residential construction
Strong background delivering high-value housing or residential developments
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and health & safety requirements
Relevant construction qualifications preferred (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar)
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirableWhat We Offer:
