Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our Leeds office, creating a welcoming experience for visitors, customers and colleagues while keeping our office running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house activities
- Handling calls, emails, post and courier services
- Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments and office supplies
- Booking travel, accommodation and transport for colleagues
- Supporting office events and catering arrangements
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with administrative tasks
- Working with suppliers, contractors and the Facilities team to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in reception, office administration or a customer-facing role
- Is confident communicating with people at all levels
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Takes pride in delivering an excellent customer and visitor experience
What Success in this role looks like:
Success in this role means the Leeds office is consistently well presented, well stocked and ready for use; visitors and callers are handled promptly and professionally; meeting rooms, travel, events and purchase order administration are completed accurately and within policy; facilities issues are logged and followed through with minimal disruption; and colleagues experience front of house and office support as reliable, organised and customer-focused.
