We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary – Commercial Property based in Leicester for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Secretary – Commercial Property role 

Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Leicester
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm  

Responsibilities of the Secretary – Commercial Property

Document management
 Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and correspondence
 Audio typing
 File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
General administration support
Requirements for a successful Secretary – Commercial Property

Strong document management skills
Confidence in formatting documents
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
Strong typing skills
