The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role
As a PE Teacher, you will play a key role in promoting physical activity, teamwork, and personal development, delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2.
You will contribute to both curriculum PE and extracurricular sport, helping to build a strong sporting culture within the school.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across a range of sports and activities
Inspire pupils to participate actively and develop their physical skills and confidence
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development
Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
Contribute to extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and school sporting events
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment in line with health and safety standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the PE department and wider school
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching PE in a Primary school setting (or strong placement experience)
Strong subject knowledge across a range of sports
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Passionate, energetic, and engaging teaching style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work full-time in the High Wycombe area from September
Desirable
Experience teaching Primary PE
Ability to contribute to a range of extracurricular sports
Experience supporting pupils with SEN
Knowledge of assessment frameworks within PE
Commitment to ongoing professional development
