Administration Assistant

Full-time – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm (35 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our client’s friendly team based in Marlborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration. The role offers a variety of tasks and full support and training, making it ideal for a candidate who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the processing of purchase orders

* Updating and maintaining company records and internal systems

* Supporting invoicing and other general office administration tasks

* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries

* Helping the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties

* Filing, scanning, and organising documents

* Carrying out data entry and ensuring information is recorded accurately

About You

* Some office or customer service experience would be beneficial

* Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn

* Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications

* Friendly and professional communication skills

* Organised and able to manage a range of tasks

* Positive attitude and a reliable approach to work
