Paragon Education is recruiting a confident and experienced Year 5 Teacher for a well-established primary school in Kidderminster. This is a busy and high-demand area with strong schools requiring consistent and high-quality teaching staff.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Year 5 lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Prepare pupils for Upper KS2 learning and assessment expectations
Differentiate effectively to meet a range of abilities
Maintain strong classroom routines and behaviour expectations
Track pupil progress and implement targeted support
Work collaboratively within the KS2 team
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Upper KS2
Strong assessment knowledge
Confident behaviour management
Professional and organised approach
