How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

At Ricoh, we believe people do their best work when they feel valued and supported. We create inclusive workplaces where you can grow, contribute, and make a positive impact while helping to build a more sustainable future.

Find your place. Transform your future

Our purpose is centred on understanding and improving how people work. By focusing on real working experiences, we support individuals to develop their skills, realise their potential and do work that feels meaningful.

People transform when they Love What They Do

This belief sits at the heart of The Ricoh Promise. It guides how we recruit, how we support our people, and how we work together every day, creating an environment where you can grow, feel valued and make a difference.

When you join us, you are encouraged to share your ideas, challenge the way things are done, and work with others to build something better. If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.

What you will be doing

As brand custodian, maintain the Ricoh global brand guidelines values and localise for the UK market.

Own the design and development of Ricoh content and develop sound UX and UI solutions across our digital portfolio (websites, platforms, digital tools, newsletters, emails campaigns, social media, graphic/illustration, animation, video, and audio content); including initial development, (informed from customer insights and industry trends), creation of user personas, storyboards, wireframes, conceptualisations, user flows and use cases.

Conceptualise and produce engaging content to increase the interactivity of online experiences for Ricoh customers. Ensure correct formatting and consistent design language for printed assets. Provide specialist input on all creative output, ensuring it is in line with business priorities and strategic objectives. Build inclusivity and accessibility into content output and provide support with accessibility (WCAG) guidelines through content and digital design. Optimise and refine designs based on feedback, data analysis, and A/B testing results to continuously improve campaign and content performance and ensure optimal user experience.

Work with the Digital team on continuous maintenance and updates to the Company's websites, as well as other digital tools and platforms. Help optimise the Company's SEO rankings globally through content and design and support on metrics gathering and reporting. Optimise Social Media content, both organic and paid, responding to market trends and reviewing competitors to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Manage design agencies and external providers to deliver best-in-class content and design assets. This includes full project management, from brief to delivery, including writing detailed briefs; reviewing assets to ensure a high quality of output; managing internal stakeholders' requirements and approvals; ensuring the delivery of content on time and within budget.

Implement and continuously optimise key processes to ensure transparency and efficiency. Provide communication and content updates with the wider marketing team on weekly stand-up calls to ensure alignment and delivery timescales are met.
