We are a leading family run recruitment agency working on behalf of a well-established and highly reputable logistics provider based in the Foston area of Derbyshire. Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are now recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers for ongoing work across day, night, and weekend shifts.

The Role: HGV Class 1 Driver
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for:
* General haulage operations within a pallet network
* Driving curtain-sided vehicles
* Completing DC-to-DC deliveries and collections
* Handling up to 3 drops/collections per shift (maximum)
* Opening and closing curtains for forklift loading and unloading
* Ensuring safe and timely deliveries in line with company procedures
No handball involved – the majority of loads are forklifted on and off.
Shift Options

* Day Shifts
* Night Shifts
* Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
To be considered for this HGV Class 1 Driver role, you must have:
* A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
* A minimum of 6–12 months Class 1 driving experience (preferred)
* Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
* A professional and reliable attitude
