High Speed Traffic Management Agency Operatives Required

We are currently recruiting for a range of High Speed Traffic Management Operatives to support our clients major highway maintenance, infrastructure and Traffic Management projects across the South East for both short-term and long-term contracts with competitive earning potential and career progression.

Whether you're newly qualified, an experienced operative or looking to step into a supervisory role, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

You will be involved in the installation, maintenance and removal of High Speed Traffic Management systems on motorways and major road networks, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

Typical Duties Will Include:

* Installing and removing High Speed Traffic Management schemes

* Traffic cones, signs and barrier deployment

* Lane closures and carriageway closures

* Contraflow and diversion routes

* Working alongside IPV vehicles and workforce protection systems

* Daily safety inspections and site checks

* Loading and unloading Traffic Management equipment

* Supporting major highway maintenance and infrastructure projects

* Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations

Requirements

* Relevant LANTRA 12AB High Speed Qualification (where applicable)

* IPV Licence (for IPV Driver positions)

* Full UK Driving Licence Preferred

* Previous High Speed Traffic Management experience advantageous

* Strong commitment to Health & Safety

* Flexible approach to working days, nights, weekends and distance travelled
