We’re currently recruiting for an experienced TA Partner to join a busy UK Resourcing Team on a contract basis.
This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to London required. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, providing a customer-focused recruitment service and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
The Role
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment requirements
Provide end-to-end recruitment advice and support across a range of roles
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify suitable candidates
Manage recruitment activity from initial briefing through to appointment
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Provide guidance on recruitment processes, best practice and appropriate sourcing approaches
Support both permanent and temporary recruitment requirements
Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Develop a strong understanding of the teams you support and their future recruitment needs
About You
Experience working as an internal recruiter, resourcing consultant or agency recruiter
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to understand recruitment requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies
