The Finance Assistant Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will provide essential support across finance and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This Finance Assistant role offers a varied workload and exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase and sales invoices
*
Assisting with bank reconciliations and payments
*
Providing general finance and administrative support
*
Supporting travel bookings, events, and visitor coordination
*
Maintaining records and updating internal systems
*
Supporting the wider finance team as needed
About You
*
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar role
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
*
Experience with finance systems (Sage 200 desirable)
*
A proactive and professional approach
