The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

To develop competency and skills in all new starters and existing Multiskilled Operative's to perform efficiently and effectively in their role by delivering high quality training and support.

Company social eventsKey responsibilities as the Distribution Shift Manager would be to:
Train new starters and conduct refresher training on MHE power pallet and counter-balance trucks.
Provide training and refresher training on standard operating procedures.
Actively participate in the creation and review of SOPs.
Act as a coach and mentor for new starters.
Lead by example maintaining the highest standards of safety, service and efficiency.
Play a key role in the continuous improvement programme.
Function as, and support the distribution leadership team.
When necessary, provide cover for Section Leaders.
Support and accelerate the conversion to functioning MSOs and increase the conversion rate (improved onboarding experience).
Increase employee retention by investment in individuals.
Act as a coach positively reinforcing safe driving behaviours undertaking regular observation and annual competency testing.Experience and skills required:
Relevant PPT training qualification (MHE/ITSSAR)
Proven experience as a Trainer.
Good knowledge of LOLER, PUWER and Health & Safety.
An adaptable training style.
Understanding of operation knowledge and requirements within a warehouse.
The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Excellent spoken, written communication and listening skills.
