We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client’s busy team in Hendon. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office.
As Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll work closely with colleagues, customers, and external contacts, managing a variety of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
What’s in it for you:
* Salary: £26.5k
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (fully office based)
* 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (the office will be closed on Jewish holidays, and it will be unpaid leave)

Key responsibilities:
* Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
* Greeting visitors and dealing with general enquiries
* Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
* Preparing letters, documents and general correspondence
* Filing and maintaining office records
* Data entry and updating company systems
* Ordering office supplies when required
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Assisting with general office administration
* Supporting other members of staff with administrative tasks
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling information appropriately
* Helping to ensure the office remains organised and runs efficiently
* Managing the office key system, including issuing and receiving keys to and from contractors, staff and authorised personnel, and maintaining accurate records.

* Previous office or administrative experience is desirable
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, friendly and approachable manner
* Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy office
