The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking an experienced Operations / Manufacturing Manager to lead production, supply chain, quality and continuous improvement activities within a regulated high-technology manufacturing environment.
The role of Head of Production will oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, supplier coordination and operational performance to ensure delivery, quality and efficiency targets are achieved. The role will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing and production operations
- Manage production planning, purchasing and supply chain coordination

- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain and purchasing operations
- Experience managing operational performance and continuous improvement activities
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs
- Experience working within ISO-regulated or quality-driven environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and operational priorities
- Engineering or technical qualification preferred
Desirable:
- Experience within aerospace, defence, electronics or high-technology manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience within low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environments
- Exposure to ERP/MRP implementation or system improvement projects
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
