Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work at our client's busy, chilled flower distribution warehouse for the MM Plants.
Due to the location of the site in Chatteris, candidates must have access to their own vehicle or reliable transport to travel to and from the workplace.
The shift pattern starts from:
- 8:00AM - 18:30PM
The rates of pay are:
- Day Shift - £12.71 per hour
Overtime is available after working 48 hours and paid at:
- Day shift £15.89 per hour
Your Time at Work
- Maintaining high product quality standards and promptly reporting any issues
- Accurately applying labels and producing labelled collars.
- Assembling Q-boxes and maintaining smooth production flow to ensure on-time dispatch.
- Operating and monitoring machinery such as bucket and strapping machines, clearing blockages, and ensuring continuous operation.
- Using tablets or scanners to operate systems (e.g., Rubicon) and ensuring all finished goods are correctly recorded and scanned.
- Setting up production runs with the correct materials, including buckets, labels, and packaging.
- Loading and unloading trolleys or pallets to support dispatch operations.
- Maintaining clean and orderly work areas to ensure efficient workflow and safe operations.
