A reliable Administrator is needed to support a busy office in Wrexham. You will assist with daily administration, maintain records, respond to enquiries, and help keep office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Provide administrative support across the office.
Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Prepare and process documents and correspondence.
Update internal systems and enter data accurately.
Arrange meetings and manage diaries.
Liaise with colleagues and external contacts.
Support general office duties and company procedures.
The Candidate:
Previous administration or office experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Works well independently and within a team.
Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) preferred.
