This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000, with OTE of £60,000- £70,000, alongside a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two from home). You’ll also enjoy private health and dental cover, including Bupa mental health support.

As a Contact Centre Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and develop Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager teams.
Ensure an exceptional customer journey that maximises satisfaction and conversion.
Oversee Sales and Case Management functions to drive profitability and maintain full compliance.
Champion a “Customer First” culture across the department.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align strategies with wider business goals.
