Office Administrator
Location: Rochester
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Rochester. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and working across a busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with the day-to-day office administration
Assisting with health & safety, GDPR and compliance
Managing insurance renewals and fleet administration
Coordinating repairs, servicing and office requirements
Preparing customer quotes and documents
General administration and telephone coverPerson Specification

Previous experience in an office administration or within a business support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ideally some knowledge or experience of health & safety processes and compliance
Comfortable supporting multiple teams and working across a variety of tasks
Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages
A proactive, reliable and flexible approach with good common sense
Experience with fleet management, GDPR or general compliance would be advantageous but not essentialBenefits:
