The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
·Repairing damaged vehicle panels using recognised repair methods.
·Replacing welded and bolted panels where required.
·Realigning vehicle body structures using specialist equipment.
·Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
·Working closely with Paint and MET Technicians throughout the repair process.
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control.
·Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales.
·Following all workshop health and safety procedures.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who is committed to producing high-quality repairs.
You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
·A proactive approach and strong team-working skills.
·Good organisational and time management abilities.
·A full UK driving licence.
