The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The purpose of the role is to support the legal team in all aspects of plot conveyancing work, assisting with legal documentation, post-completion processes, and general legal office duties, while gaining experience and contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
Duties:
Assist with plot reservations, engrossments, filing, exchanges, title checks and completions to ensure smooth and timely property transactions
Support Conveyancers with their caseloads
Handle standard conveyancing matters under supervision to develop legal expertise and contribute to case progress.
Manage post-completion tasks such as stamp duty returns and Land Registration to finalise transactions and ensure legal compliance.
Assist with lease/transfer variations and reversion sales to facilitate accurate and lawful property modifications.
Support the recovery of retentions (non-litigious) to secure outstanding funds and close financial matters.
Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
Respond to requests for certificates of compliance and enquiries from owners on historic sites to provide accurate information and maintain good client relations.
Use the Company's case management system to carry out legal tasks and maintain records to ensure efficient workflow and accurate documentation.
Experience required:
Experience in an administrative role (it is desirable that this is in a legal support role, preferably within conveyancing or property law but this is not mandatory).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple team members.
Attention to detail and ability to manage routine legal processes.
Familiarity with legal case management systems is desirable
