Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for an Adult Social Worker within the Hospital Discharge Team to work Full Time based in Hillingdon.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £46,968 per annum.
Main duties:
- Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
- Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues and partners.
- Demonstrate skilled use of range of frameworks of assessment and intervention.
- Model and help others develop social work professionalism and effective caseload management
- Establish network of internal and external colleagues to support effective practice.
- Prepare court proceeding reports acting as expert testimony in.
- Undertake s42 safeguarding enquiries.
- Participate in panel processes.
- Participate in team planning and contribute to the delivery of team and service plans.
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with required standards including the Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework.
- Act as practice educator to social work students and/or newly qualified social workers.
Requirements of this Social Worker role:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Registered or eligible for registration.
