📃 What you'll be doing

Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy business support team
Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails and correspondence
Preparing, checking and updating documentation
Assisting with property sale and purchase enquiries
Supporting the production of legal and business documents
Managing incoming post, scanning, filing and document records
Maintaining accurate digital records and databases
Liaising with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
Ensuring information is processed accurately and in line with regulations and company procedures

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
A professional and friendly telephone manner
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
