The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy residential conveyancing team. You will support the conveyancing process from the early stages of purchase transactions, acting solely for lenders on a separate representation basis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service to clients and referring partners.
Support a Conveyancer in achieving conversion, productivity and customer service targets.
Manage electronic and paper-based files accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to obtain required information and documentation.
Chase and process monies from lenders, customers and other solicitors.
Assist with exchanges and completions.
Input and interpret financial information, including redemption figures.
Prepare, check and issue legal documentation.
Interpret and input mortgage offers on purchase transactions.
Deal with enquiries relating to sale transactions.
Work effectively within a high-volume, target-driven environment.
About You
At least 12 months' experience within Residential Conveyancing is essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Good data entry and IT skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines and targets.
A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Previous administrative, customer service or conveyancing experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Enthusiastic, flexible and positive in your approach.
