The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our team, specialising in Zinc and Aluminium die-casting tooling. In this hands-on role, you will manufacture, modify, and maintain tooling to support production and ensure high-quality output. You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues.

Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture, modify, and maintain die-casting tooling for Zinc and Aluminium components.
* Interpret and work from 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
* Support production teams by ensuring tooling is operational and optimised.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve tooling issues.
* Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve tooling performance and component quality.
* Maintain accurate records of tooling modifications and maintenance.
* Suggest improvements for tooling processes, designs, and efficiency.
Skills & Experience
* Proven toolmaking or mechanical engineering experience.
* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
* Experience in die casting, injection moulding, or press tooling is advantageous.
* Hands-on, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
