We are looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
The role will involve contacting tenants to arrange and schedule appointments for works at their properties, while working closely with the survey team to ensure appointments are coordinated efficiently. You will play an important role in providing a professional, responsive, and positive customer experience.
Working hours are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, within the core hours of 9:00am–5:00pm. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Making outgoing calls to tenants to arrange appointments for property works
* Communicating clearly and professionally with tenants
* Coordinating appointments and ensuring information is recorded accurately
* Following up with tenants where required
* Completing light administrative duties to support the wider business
* Updating records and systems accurately
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
* Providing a friendly, professional and efficient customer service at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent telephone and communication skills
* Is confident speaking to customers and building a positive rapport
* Is organised, reliable and able to manage their time effectively
* Has good attention to detail
* Is comfortable making a high volume of telephone calls
* Previous experience with a booking system and using Microsoft Office
* Can work independently while also being a supportive member of the team
* Can demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing business requirements
* Has a positive, professional and customer-focused approach
