You'll be joining at an exciting point in the company's growth, working alongside talented sales, marketing and technology professionals and helping take an innovative product to market.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you'll be right at the heart of the growth story.
You'll identify exciting prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, qualify opportunities and book high-value demos for the sales team.
This is a genuine opportunity to learn B2B SaaS sales from the ground up, develop commercially valuable skills and progress quickly in a business where your performance will be noticed.
What you'll be doing
* Researching and targeting high-value prospects
* Mapping accounts and identifying key decision-makers
* Engaging prospects through outbound and inbound channels
* Building relationships with senior stakeholders
* Booking high-quality product demonstrations
* Understanding customer challenges and communicating the value of the platform
* Managing activity and opportunities through CRM
* Feeding customer insight back into the sales and product teams
* Working alongside an ambitious sales and marketing team to drive growth
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for ambitious, competitive and commercially minded graduates who want more than a standard 9–5.
You don't necessarily need previous sales experience. What matters is drive, intelligence, confidence and the desire to win.
* A degree-level education
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A results-driven, target-focused mindset
* Confidence speaking with senior professionals
* The ability to understand and communicate complex products
* Strong organisation and time-management skills
* An entrepreneurial mindset
* A competitive nature and genuine hunger to succeed
* A willingness to learn and take on responsibility
* CRM experience is advantageous; HubSpot experience is a bonus

£27,000 base salary
