We’re working with a brilliant legal firm to recruit a Personal Assistant to support members of their Senior Management team.
This is a busy role where you’ll be trusted to keep things organised, make sure diaries and meetings run smoothly, and provide the day-to-day support that allows senior leaders to focus on their priorities.
You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a senior administration position, with experience supporting senior managers, directors or department heads.
The role will involve:
Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior managers and departmental heads
Organising meetings, preparing information and following up on actions
Communicating with colleagues across the business and external contacts
Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Keeping on top of deadlines, compliance requirements and competing priorities
Acting as a reliable point of contact for the people you support
Spotting issues before they become problems and finding practical solutionsYou’ll need to be someone who takes ownership of their work rather than waiting to be asked. Organisation is important, but so is judgement. You’ll often be dealing with competing demands, so being able to prioritise, communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy will be key.
Our client places a real emphasis on making things straightforward, both for its clients and internally. You’ll therefore be joining a business that values people who are approachable, dependable and willing to get involved.
The role is available from either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement allowing you to split your time between home and the office.
If you’re an experienced PA or senior administrator looking for a role where you can work closely with senior leadership and have a genuine impact on how the team operates, this could be a great next step
