Key Responsibilities:
* Providing first-class customer support via telephone, email and the service desk.
* Logging, updating and managing support tickets through to resolution.
* Investigating customer issues and gathering information to support troubleshooting.
* Escalating technical issues where appropriate whilst keeping customers informed.
* Working closely with technical and implementation teams to resolve queries efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
* Assisting with reporting, trend analysis and service improvement activities.
* Supporting software upgrade programmes and customer communications.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or another customer-facing role.
* Outstanding communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
* A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* The ability to remain calm and professional when managing multiple priorities.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
Advantageous
* Experience within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
* Exposure to ticket management systems such as Jira.
* An interest in software or technology.
