Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Flexible working hours and days are available to suit the successful candidate. This is a temp to perm role.

Job type: Part-Time, Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Day shifts, (Open to some flexibility on working times/ days) 
Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the lettings team
Preparing tenancy documentation and maintaining accurate records
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Updating internal systems and property records
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Assisting with general office administration 
Skills & Experience

Previous administration experience is essential
Lettings or property experience would be advantageous
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Friendly, professional and able to manage a varied workload
