Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Minimum of 6 months' complex care experience
We are recruiting Complex Care Assistants to join our existing team of carers, providing care to clients within their own homes.

Catheter Care
While promoting the independence of each individual service user and meeting their care needs, our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
Assist with and provide personal care
Deliver clinical support as directed by our Clinical Lead
Provide nutrition and hydration support
Support with medication administration
Assist with domestic duties
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Liaise effectively with management
Report any concerns relating to the health and wellbeing of the service user
Participate in team meetings and supervisions
