As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market, speaking with clients and candidates daily. It's a phone-led, target-driven role where you'll learn to win business, run recruitment processes end-to-end, and negotiate deals, earning uncapped commission as you progress.
What you'll do:
Source, screen and interview candidates
Build client relationships and win new business
Manage processes from briefing through to offer
Negotiate offers and close placements
Develop into a specialist within your market
