We're looking for an organised and confident Scheduling Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Bristol.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and coordinating people.
What you'll be doing:
Managing staff rotas and allocating shifts
Monitoring absences and arranging cover
Handling calls, emails and scheduling queries
Updating systems, records and payroll information
Resolving issues and making changes at short notice
Supporting the wider team with administration and trainingWhat we're looking for:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using systems and handling data
Good communication skills and a professional approach
Someone who can stay calm and find solutions under pressure
Previous scheduling, administration or coordination experience is beneficial but not essentialHours: Rota between 7am-7pm, including 1 in 4 weekends.
