We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major water treatment scheme, overseeing construction activities including treatment works, shafts, pipelines, civils and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site activities and site teams.
* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
* Oversee construction activities including shaft works, excavations, concrete structures, pipelines and treatment facilities.
* Ensure RAMS, permits, inspections and quality requirements are followed.
* Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, client and subcontractors.
Requirements
* Previous Site Management experience on water, wastewater, utilities or major civil engineering projects.
* SMSTS and relevant CSCS card.
* Strong understanding of health & safety, RAMS and CDM.
* Experience managing subcontractors and complex construction activities.
* Experience with shaft construction or underground works is highly desirable.
* Good communication, leadership and organisational skills

£300.00 - £350.00 per day
