Duties
Deliver multi-skilled PPM work and routine checks across site assets and facilities within your area of responsibility.
Carry out reactive repairs, general site maintenance, asset replacement, and minor improvement works.
Complete cross-trade tasks outside core disciplines, including minor plumbing, joinery, building works, and drainage leaks.
Assist with grounds work and general fabric maintenance to keep site operations running safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
Recognised trade qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent apprenticeship)
Proven experience in multi-skilled building fabric and FM maintenance
Basic working knowledge of minor plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs
Valid First Aid at Work certificate (desirable)
Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance
