Night Shift Warehouse Operative

Location: Swansea

Job Type: Night Shifts - 00.30-09.30 or 02.00-9.30

Salary: £12.71ph rising to £15.01 after 13 weeks

About the Role

Blue Arrow are looking for reliable, hard‑working Warehouse Operatives for our busy client in Swansea. In this role, you'll be at the heart of warehouse operations - loading and unloading deliveries, sorting stock, and ensuring items move smoothly through the shoot system for processing.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Safely unload incoming goods from vehicles
🔹 Check, sort, and label products accurately
🔹 Work closely with your team to meet daily targets
🔹 Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
✔ Good attention to detail
✔ Reliability and good timekeeping
✔ Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
