The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Wolviston Group are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mobile) to join a professional engineering team working across a variety of client sites.
This role involves delivering both statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical and general building services. You will be a reliable, self-motivated engineer with a proactive approach to maintenance, committed to delivering high standards of work. The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team, alongside strong communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out statutory PPM tasks in line with compliance standards
Respond to and complete reactive maintenance activities
Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding
Undertake general maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines
Work collaboratively with a team of engineers across various sites
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with regulations Requirements
Essential:
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience in a similar mobile maintenance role
Strong electrical and general maintenance knowledge Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or related discipline
AM2 qualification
Testing & Inspection certification What’s on Offer
