Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisors to join our growing sales team, focused on helping business customers find the right connectivity solutions for their needs.
This is an opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of Sales experience who enjoys speaking with business customers, developing relationships, identifying opportunities and converting leads into new business.
You will manage a combination of inbound and outbound sales activity, provide tailored connectivity solutions, handle objections and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the connectivity market
* Engage with business customers through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Understand customers’ requirements and recommend appropriate connectivity solutions
* Generate accurate quotations for new and existing business customers
* Present solutions and quotations clearly and confidently
* Follow up on opportunities and convert prospects into customers
* Handle objections effectively and overcome barriers to closing sales
* Build strong relationships and rapport with business owners and decision-makers
* Accurately record customer interactions, sales activity and outcomes within the CRM system
* Listen to customers’ needs and provide a high standard of service throughout the sales process
* Manage and prioritise your daily workload to maximise productivity and sales performance
* Consistently work towards and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborate with colleagues to support wider commercial objectives
* Carry out any other reasonable duties associated with the role
Candidate Requirements
* 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B in telecommunications, connectivity, technology or a related sector
* A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Confident communicating with business owners, managers and decision-makers
* Strong telephone-based sales and communication skills
* Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport
* Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
* A genuine motivation to close deals and achieve sales targets
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
* Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
* Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Willingness to be flexible with working hours during particularly busy periods
