Tradewind Recruitment is working with secondary schools across Chelmsford that are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover teachers to join them on a full-time or part time basis starting ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers, retired teachers or teachers looking for flexible work or ECT's looking to gain more experience etc.

Key responsibilities include:

Teacher pre planned lessons in a range of subjects
If you prefer specific subjects, we can prioritise these subjects for you.
Delivering pre-prepared work and ensuring learning continues smoothly
Providing feedback to school leaders on student progress and conduct

Ideal candidates will have:

A UK Qualified Teacher Status
A confident and professional approach to classroom management
Excellent communication skills and a calm, positive attitude
