A well-established environmental and facilities management consultancy is expanding its technical team and is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to support a range of high-profile client sites throughout London and the South-East.
Established 15 years ago, the business delivers specialist consultancy and compliance services across a diverse client base, including healthcare, education, commercial offices and public-sector organisations.
To apply the Legionella Risk Assessor will require the following experience:
* 5+ years working as a Risk Assessor covering both commercial and/or residential sites
* Hold an industry recognised qualification (Foundation or Advanced)
* Have a thorough understanding ACOP L8 and HSG274 regulations
* Full driving license
* DBS checked (Enhanced)
The Legionella Risk Assessor will assess areas including hot and cold-water systems, deadleg/pipework and TMV’s, writing detailed reports including schematic drawings and providing clients with recommendations for further works.
