Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Salary band: £22,568 to £27,000 per annum D.O.E + industry leading uncapped commission structure
Location: Bishop’s Stortford, next to London Stansted Airport – Hertfordshire/Essex border

The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for managing the candidate delivery process — from screening candidates, checking all candidates are compliant, executing ‘Right To Work’ checks, checking references and placing operatives on site and organising interviews for Professional & Technical roles too.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Manage job vacancies from briefing through to placement
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets

• Previous recruitment or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
