The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Job Purpose
The Commercial Site Administrator serves as the primary liaison between the on-site construction activities and the broader financial and procurement departments. The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—including purchase orders, cost tracking, and subcontractor invoicing—ensuring that the site management team has accurate financial data to drive operational excellence and project success.
Responsibilities

Commercial & Financial Administration: Maintain and update trackers for Purchase Orders (POs), financial commitments, and project forecasts.

Invoice Management: Oversee the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, ensuring all subcontractor and vendor submissions are accurate, approved, and compliant with internal standards.

Cost Tracking: Record and monitor actual spend against budgets, providing regular commercial reports to the Site Management team.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for subcontractor inquiries regarding payment status and commercial documentation.

Operational Alignment: Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline site-level commercial processes.

Documentation Control: Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all commercial transactions and site-level contracts.
About You

Experience: You have a proven track record in commercial or financial administration, preferably within a project-based, construction, or heavy-industry environment.

Technical Proficiency: You are a "power user" of Microsoft Excel and possess strong analytical skills. Experience with SAP is highly advantageous.
