Working closely with internal IT Business Services, Support, and Infrastructure teams, you’ll act as a key link between technology and business operations - delivering solutions that add real value.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support, maintain, and develop business-critical systems across the business
* Lead and contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
* Collaborate with software vendors and third-party partners
* Conduct system testing and support successful implementation of new features
* Drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy
* Develop and support low-code applications (K2 / PowerApps or similar)
* Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and recovery processes
* Provide technical support to end users and ensure systems deliver long-term value
* Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4)
