Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and organise stakeholder needs throughout the engineering lifecycle
* Elicit, capture, document and maintain business and technical requirements
* Manage requirements baselines, change requests and impact assessments
* Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from customer needs through implementation and verification
* Support requirements decomposition, allocation and validation activities
* Coordinate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, engineers, IT teams and end users
* Participate in reviews, audits and governance activities to ensure compliance with requirements engineering processes
* Produce and review technical documentation and lifecycle deliverables
Job Requirements:
* Active Security Check (SC) clearance is mandatory; valid Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is preferred
* Experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement and requirements management
* Practical experience in one of the following areas: modelling and simulation, virtual and physical testing, qualification and certification, or training and through-life support
* Background delivering digital tools within aerospace, MOD or wider defence environments
* Understanding of requirements traceability, change control and systems engineering lifecycles
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with defence prime system integrators, suppliers or transnational teams
* A degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, systems engineering or a related discipline
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of aircraft certification, qualification processes and regulatory compliance
* Experience working in regulated development environments
* Knowledge of ArchiMate and/or TOGAF
