The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the role
Our Manufacturing team is at the heart of KP Snacks, producing the snacks our consumers love with quality, care and consistency. As a Line Lead, you will play a key role in delivering results through people, leading your team to achieve high standards across safety, quality, delivery and performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for a production line across 24 hours and multiple shifts. You will build a capable, engaged team, drive continuous improvement and ensure our standards are met every day.
Working on the shop floor, you will coach, guide and develop colleagues while using data, insight and structured problem-solving to eliminate losses and improve performance. You will lead with clarity, set direction and create a positive environment where teams can succeed.

What will you be doing?
Leading and developing your team
Taking full accountability for line performance across shifts, coaching Team Captains and Team Members to build capability, engagement and strong performance
Driving operational performance
Owning results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Performance, Cost and Morale, setting clear direction through Daily Direction Setting and aligning teams to priorities
Leading continuous improvement and loss elimination
Using IWS tools and structured problem solving to identify root causes, eliminate losses and deliver sustainable improvements
Owning plans and performance tracking
Developing and executing 90-day plans, maintaining PDCA boards and leading weekly and monthly reviews to track progress and drive results
Ensuring safety, quality and compliance
Leading safety and quality standards in your area, owning incidents and working with specialists to investigate and implement improvements
