Quinn Quest Talent are partnered with a growing large-format production team in NW Kent, they are looking for experienced Digital Finishing Operators to join the team.
You'll take printed work and turn it into finished products for major brands across retail, events, construction and commercial environments — including hoardings, wall graphics, window displays, signage, exhibition graphics and tension fabric.
The Large Format Finisher role
* Operate Zund, Kongsberg, Summa, JWEI or similar CNC/digital cutting equipment
* Cut and finish large-format printed materials and rigid substrates
* Trim, crease, fold, mount, laminate and assemble
* Vinyl application and graphic finishing
* Produce banners, fabrics, murals, signage, exhibition graphics and displays
* Quality-check finished work against specifications
* Pack work ready for delivery or installation
* Work to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards
We're looking for
* Proven large-format finishing or print production experience
* Hands-on experience with CNC/digital cutting equipment – essential
* Experience with Zund, Kongsberg, Summa, JWEI or similar
* Good knowledge of large-format finishing processes
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Practical, reliable and organised
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Able to work safely with large/heavy materials
Useful additional skills: vinyl application, laminating, mounting, banner finishing, fabric displays, signage, hoardings or on-site installation.
