THE ROLE
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 years and help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and develop.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development
Encouraging positive relationships and interactions between children
Supporting children's individual learning and development needs
Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment
Working alongside nursery staff to provide high-quality care and education
Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent qualification - essential
Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
A caring, enthusiastic and flexible approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
